Michael Oliphant | Senior Associate

Michael Oliphant examines the market and financial feasibility of campus housing and real estate projects, developing financial models from single-project pro forma financial statements to the modeling of entire housing systems. He has continuously improved Anderson Strickler’s approach to market research, including survey methodologies and analysis. He is also proficient in the growing field of public/private partnerships in student housing on university campuses and advises the institution on their decision to enter into such a partnership in terms of the ground leases, financing structures, contractual characteristics, and residence life considerations.

With Anderson Strickler since 1998, Michael holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
