Linda G. Anderson | Principal

With over 20 years of experience in campus housing consulting, Linda Anderson specializes in analyzing the housing market and financial feasibility of implementing, upgrading, and improving student housing systems. She conducts focus groups with students and faculty, off-campus market analyses, peer institution analyses, and surveys of residents in order to help the university understand the marketplace; and then works with Anderson Strickler’s financial experts to ensure the development of feasible alternatives for campus housing that reflect students’ wants and needs, facility constraints, and financial challenges.

A nationally recognized expert in campus housing consulting, Linda holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Connecticut. Active in the Association of College and University Housing Officers - International, National Association of College Auxiliary Services, Association of College Administration Professionals, and National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, Linda speaks frequently to college and university housing conferences and publishes in leading journals. Linda is the recipient of the Association of College and University Housing Officers - International's 2009 S. Earl Thompson Award for her significant contributions to the college and university housing field.
