With over ten years of experience, Karin Bauer assists colleges and universities in assessing and understanding the needs and wants of their student and potential student populations, as well as the availability of off-campus, private-sector housing that may supplement or compete with the university’s housing stock. With special expertise in quantitative analysis, including the development and analysis of user surveys, Karin conducts market research in focus groups, off-campus market analyses, and surveys, as well as operations analyses for first-ever student housing studies, housing improvement and expansion programs, and comprehensive housing plans.

With Anderson Strickler since 2001, Karin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and a Master’s Certificate in Survey and Design and Data Analysis from The George Washington University.
