Gregory L. Strickler, P.E. | Principal

Greg Strickler has an engineering and real estate development background and 25 years of experience in campus housing consulting. He provides critical third-party verification and unbiased recommendations to develop comprehensive plans for student, faculty, and staff housing. He integrates the results of market analyses into financially feasible development solutions as part of the overall comprehensive housing plan. He matches institutions with private development partners when appropriate. Greg leads Anderson Strickler’s biannual developer survey, which provides valuable information on trends and statistics for the student housing industry.

Greg’s financial acumen has helped colleges and universities across the U.S. develop thousands of student and faculty beds in a self-supporting campus housing framework. Greg holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Penn State. He participates as a member, author, and speaker in educational organizations including the Association of College Administration Professionals, Association of College and University Housing Officers - International, National Association of College Auxiliary Services, National Association of College and University Business Officers, and the Society for College and University Planning.
