Ellen Conley Ulf | Senior Associate

Ellen Ulf has over 20 years of experience in campus housing planning and development. She informs the consulting process through market research, including focus groups, user and potential user surveys, and off-campus market analyses, as well as operations analyses. She has special understanding and expertise in trends in community college student housing, a growing sector. Ellen brings her experience as a university housing administrator to Anderson Strickler’s consulting practice, a perspective that enhances communication and consensus-building with clients.

Ellen first worked with the Anderson Strickler principals in the mid 1980s, when she was responsible for new student apartments as an employee of Tulane University. She joined the firm in 1999. She has studied at Tulane University and the University of Maryland, College Park.
